HUF Haus ART 5 green[r]evolution Plus-Energie-Haus

Open, transparent and full of light - these attributes are integral components of the exclusive timber-framed homes built of glass and wood. Even the new Plus-Energy House series will continue the timeless HUF architecture. This has enabled the architectural team to design a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing overall image that sets new standards. At the front of the house the visitor is greeted with a generous glazed balcony, which integrates smoothly into the facade. The 125-square-foot roof of energy, which is integrated directly into the roof structure underlines the elegant appearance of the house and expresses how technology and design can be combined. In addition to a carport with adjoining garage, the house also has a glass-covered terrace, which merges into the garden. The gardens are decorated in warm colors, boasting fine material tuning: The paths and terraces are from local greywacke in earth tones, the chalk-colored paving stones of car parking spaces and the yellow sand-gravel blend well together.
The openness created by the house from the outside, is also found inside: With a total floor space of 255 square meters, the house offers residents plenty of space for living and relaxing. The ground floor has an area of 148 square meters with a spacious lounge, adjoining dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is designed in dark exotic tones in keeping with the design of the house. A special feature is the use of waste wood, which originates from 300 to 500 years old half-timbered houses and provides the dining table and breakfast bar counter as a visual highlight in the modern room.
The KNX system enables the operation of the house as well as the kitchen and other household appliances to be effortlessly controlled.
The additional, generous glazed roof light in the center of the house provides the dining area with a special flair. The upper floor measures 107 square meters, providing spacious bedrooms and an exclusive spa with sauna, shower and bath area which are harmoniously connected and equipped in exceptionally high quality. Here you will experience the height of technology closely linked with nature, the highlight being the ‘floating’ bathtub, due to its size it is like floating on the ocean. It has a special section to hold the bather's head above water while the built-in sound and lighting system provide for deep relaxation. There is a generous dressing area which visually separates the master bedroom from the spa.
