Green Elegance: The HUF HAUS Fragrance

There are only about two thousand perfumers worldwide. They breathe life into our favorite perfumes and conjure up the perfect fragrance creation from thousands of raw materials. The composition is based on the fragrance pyramid, which is made up of top, heart and base notes. The top note leaves a fleeting first impression, while the heart note reveals the lasting character of the fragrance about 10 minutes later. As soon as the intensity of the first two decreases, the foundation, the base note, comes into play. Once it has made contact with skin the base notes can take several hours to fully develop.

Fragrance Expert Robert Muller-Grunow has created a unique smell for the HUF HAUS home and brand. “Green Elegance” is an aromatic blend of cardamom and juicy fig accord, with tuberose, warm lavender, velvety Sandalwood and Cashmere Woods.

We would love to share this scent with you, bringing a little HUF HAUS scent to your home. Visit your nearest HUF HAUS Show Home to collect your very own sample of Green Elegance and immerse yourself in its aromatic fragrance.

Robert-Müller Grünow about his first visit in a HUF house

You perceive the HUF HAUS home with all your senses. The clarity and transparency of the surrounding nature held my first visual impressions, and for my Olfactory memory, I remember green, woody and natural notes. It was just the awakening of spring.

Fragrance is an essential part of architecture – it makes perfect sense to think about how we perceive a space. As long as we breathe, we smell and as long as we smell, fragrance has an impact on our health, happiness and how we behave. We can control scents, and so we can change how things are perceived in a space – in a home.
