Based on Bauhaus style, the HUF house MODUM 8:10 fascinates with its linear timber-frame architecture in the beautiful province of Nordbrabant. The dark wooden frame traces out the clean lines of the facade, with alternating glass surfaces and wall panels.
Style elements of purist architecture are present in the form of the large window fronts and clerestories along all sides. They flood the house with light and thrilling views inside and out. A first individual colour accent is provided by the entrance door in ruby red.
The proud owners call it their “droomhuis”, i.e. their own personal dream house that fits in perfectly in the compact plot in the countryside, surrounded by trees and meadows. The surrounding landscape and garden are also omnipresent inside the house.
In the open living area, which includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, the floor-depth glazing gives the rooms an unusually deep appearance.

The kitchen with glass fronts painted white and an elegant bar made of wood is connected directly to the dining area.
The living room is also a real eye-catcher, with the turquoise sofas a stylish response to the subtle colouring of the modern kitchen.
Living here means being spoiled for choice: take a seat outdoors on the spacious terrace or gather around the wooden table in the dining room?
