HUF House in
the hillside

Skyline View - A house in the hillside

The impressive glass palace in striking post and beam architecture is located in lofty heights on the main ridge of the Taunus, one of the highest places on the Frankfurt main metropolis.

The fantastic distant view of the HUF house built in the hillside is almost omnipresent due to the floor-to-ceiling glazing over three storeys. Especially in the evening, when the lights of the Frankfurt skyline glisten and the sun dips the mighty skyscrapers into a warm light, the clients enjoy the wonderful view from their spacious terrace.

Enchanting Views

On the other side, the view opens towards the mountainous forest areas of the Vordertaunus with the landscape-dominating castle ruin "Königstein". The entrance side of the white post and beam house is oriented towards the protected slope side; here you can find the double carport with storeroom in modern flat roof optics.

The interior of the house is also airy and light: the living spaces are consistently open and transparent with flowing transitions. Floor-to-ceiling glazing ensures green views. Due to a generous balcony as well as the spacious wooden terrace at the dining area access to the outdoor area is only a step away.

Green Paradise

Incredible twelve meters of difference in height had to be considered by GartenART,
a member of the HUF group of companies, in their gardening and landscape planning in order to create a green paradise
in harmony with the architecture of the house.
The garden is divided into five terraced levels that meet the demands of the family
in the various functional areas.
