A Home That Feels Right
What began as a vision for a traditional English home was transformed by architect Peter Huf into an exceptional timber-and-glass residence. arying building heights and a carefully articulated façade composition create a sense of rhythm and dynamism, lending the architecture a remarkable lightness. The signature HUF post-and-beam structure further reinforces the home's distinctive character. Expansive glazing facing the garden creates a seamless transition between indoors and out, reinforcing the home's strong connection with nature.
Yet the true uniqueness of this house lies beyond its architecture. It is the feeling of having arrived – a place that combines comfort, freedom and individuality, and has become a home in the fullest sense for the family who lives there.

Space for personal fulfilment
Today, the house strikes a unique balance between openness and comfort. Light-filled living spaces form the heart of family life, while expansive glazing draws the eye towards the beautifully landscaped garden. At the same time, dedicated spaces have been created for each family member’s individual interests – from a tailoring atelier and fitness room to a private indoor pool. The spacious kitchen and adjoining outdoor areas bring the family together time and again, whether for cooking, sharing meals or simply enjoying relaxed moments outdoors.
The architecture creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, integrating the surrounding landscape naturally into everyday life. Enhancing this sense of wellbeing is intelligent home technology, working almost invisibly in the background to combine exceptional comfort with modern energy efficiency.
